What the assistant has learned
When it asks where something belongs and you tell it, it remembers. Type “chicken 500”, tap Grocery once, and every later “chicken” goes straight in. Everything here came from an answer you gave, and forgetting one just means it will ask again.
Recurring entries
Salary, rent, subscriptions. Create one here, or tick “Repeat this entry” on the Add entry screen.
Appearance
Workspaces and modules
Turn on only the workspaces you need. Inside each one, switch off anything you do not use and it disappears from the menu. Nothing is ever deleted — switch it back on and your records are still there.

Security
Needs an https address. Unlocks the lock screen only.
Change app lock PIN
The PIN locks this screen on this device. Your password and row-level security are what actually protect your data.
Backup and data
A full export of everything: wallets, accounts, transactions, clients, invoices and recurring rules.
Restore
Restoring adds the backup's records to your current data. It does not erase anything.
App version
Running . If a fix does not seem to have arrived, the browser may still be serving a cached copy.
Recently deleted
Deleted transactions are kept here so you can restore them.
About Finance Portal
A personal finance tracker for wallets, expenses, khata, installments and invoicing.
Your records are stored in a private database and are sent over an encrypted connection. Other users of this app cannot see them. The administrator can see your account details — name, email and whether the account is active — for support and account management, and can remove an account on request.
You can download everything you have entered at any time from Backup and data, and ask for your account and its records to be deleted by contacting support.
